This magnificent wine is obtained from the pressing of Veronese Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes which are then left for at least four months.This 'passito' wine is of a velvety ruby-red colour, and its full-bodied bouquet is soft and warm, exalting the senses with its state of constant evolution.Its slightly bitter, and yet soft taste is reminiscent of almonds, of mature plums, of violets and of drying cherries combined with the fascinating hint of raisin and rasberries.It is ideal with game dishes; with grilled and braised meats, and with cheese.
